The viewers are waiting to see the upcoming movies and one of them is The Prom. The movie all more special as it is directed by Ryan Murphy. He is known for his famous series like Popular, Glee and American Horror story. And so we can be sure to get entertained by this wonderful team. Chad Beguelin and Bob Martin are the writers of the screenplay of the movie. The new film is based on Th Prom by Chad Beguelin, Bob Martin and Matthew Sklar. The cast also makes the movie more amusing. However, the show is set to release on December 11, 2020, on Netflix.

The storyline of The Prom

The Broadway show faced a crisis and the two stars Dee Dee Allen and Barry Glickman are dealing with their flop careers. Emma Nolan, a highschool teenager is also struggling with her own problems. She is banned from taking her girlfriend to prom by her principal. However, the Broadway stars see this as an opportunity to get back on track. Angie Dickinson and Trent Oliver, aspiring stars also accompany them. These four stars are self-obsessed and do this for their own success but at least it’s for a good cause. The four decide to help give Emma a prom night where she can go with the person she loves and be her true self.
